Description: Liberty seated on the right, holding in the left hand a pike surmounted by a Phrygian cap and resting with the right hand on a shield bearing the arms of Peru; in the field on the right, an altar surmounted by a crown, inscribed on an ILBER / TAD band with an inversion of the first two letters.
